Emergency Spill Response Services
Available twenty-four hours a day, 365 days a year.
Railroad
Hydro-Klean responds to railroad related incidents ranging from multiple car derailments to releases within the rail yard. During a derailment cleanup, experienced Hydro-Klean personnel typically work to contain and collect spills from damaged tanks on locomotives and refrigerated railcars. However, with the rail industry transporting huge volumes of various cargos, crews are experienced with handling everything from food products such as tomato paste to raw materials like soda ash and bulk fluids such as fuels or chemicals.
Highway
Located in the Midwest, Hydro-Klean cleans up its fair share of diesel fuel spilled from overturned semi tanker trucks due to inclement weather conditions, as well as motor vehicle collisions. Hydro-Klean is equipped to handle hazardous cargo that may be released on its journey down the road. Hydro-Klean equips emergency spill response trailers with a variety of personal protective equipment, salvage containers and tools for just such emergencies.
Fixed Facility
Manufacturing centers, utility companies and bulk storage terminals throughout Iowa rely upon Hydro-Klean for assistance with the cleanup of released solvents, hazardous chemicals and petroleum products. Hydro-Klean personnel are available to conduct facility visits with those personnel responsible for the client's regulatory compliance. Hydro-Klean can then assist customers in developing a plan of action for emergencies.
